Waterfront fun in charming

Wareham Village

This delightfully historic area offers visitors a blend of Colonial and Victorian architecture, charm, exhilarating recreation, special events, historic sites, cranberry bogs, lovely seaside gardens, miles of coastline with crystal-clear waters warmed by the gulf stream, today's understanding of hospitality, and a great deal of family fun, like our annual SWAN FESTIVAL!

One of the great secrets of this area along Buzzards Bay is that it has all of the wonderful vacation things Cape Cod offers. Great beaches, bike paths and hiking trails. Affordable accommodations with charm and ambience. And if you love history, this is the place for you!

Visit downtown Wareham for an even greater view of the history of the area with Colonial homes, a great array of restaurants and shops, and fascinating historic sites.

Ride down the Cranberry Highway (Routes 28 and 6) and delight in the variety of fun things to do: antique shops, specialty shops, golf, water slides, and restaurants

Enjoy your visit!

The Wareham Village Association is looking for public input as it begins to plan the 2012 Swan Festival.   Help us with your suggestions, comments and opinions.
